GODAN Legal and Policy Advisor Foteini Zampati will be in Montpellier from 8-11 July, presenting a poster abstract on the theme of Ethical and Legal Aspects of Open Data in Agriculture and Nutrition at the 12th European Conference on Precision Agriculture (ECPA). Click here to see a copy of the poster. The poster is a joint project with KTBL in Germany, and comes out of the work being undertaken by the GODAN Working Group on Data Rights and Responsible Data.

ECPA is a leading forum for discussion and ideas sharing around precision agriculture. The conference will continue with the successful format of previous conferences, building in strong industry sessions and participation. Taking advantage of the location of Montpellier on the Mediterranean coast, this 2019 edition will be an opportunity to focus on precision farming applied to small Mediterranean farms.
