Data has enormous potential to change how we work and make decisions, and to empower citizens in the process.

The 14th RDA plenary - with a theme this year of Data Makes the Difference - aims to explore the extensive ways data can make a change for good. Bringing together diverse groups of experts from around the world, the goal is to share experience and advance participants abilities to use data to tackle complex challenges and make a positive impact in the world of today.

The Research Data Alliance Interest Group on Agricultural Data (IGAD) has planned a pre-conference meeting focusing on IGAD/RDA recommendations on Implementing Good Practices in Agriculture. Foteini Zampati, GODAN Data Rights Expert, will be attending the meeting, making a presentation on Mobilizing Capacity Development for Bridging the Digital Divide in Agriculture, prepared by herself and Cheif Scientist Dr. Suchith Anand.
