GODAN's Executive Director Andre Laperriere attended the leading French agricultural business show SIMA in Paris on 25 February, 2019, where he was asked to participate in a rountable discussion on “Enhanced Agriculture: A Reality of Today and Tomorrow". 

Organised with Agridées, the event primarily explored new technology within the agricultural sector, looking at the experience of farmers and use of digital tools and services in the constantly evolving international AgTech ecosystem.

The discussion focused on the realities of using technological innovation to address real needs at farm level, in an industry where there is an increasing challenge to remain responsible, autonomous and innovative.

SIMA is a biennial leading international agribusiness show, bringing together over 1,800 companies from 42 countries. The last edition was held in 2017.
