Call for input: agricultural investments data survey
Do you create, collect, use or need information about funding for agriculture and nutrition projects?
If so, a new study of the data landscape for agriculture and nutrition funding wants to hear from you.
In November last year, the Gates Foundation announced funding to a consortium led by Interaction for a new two-year programme designed to "to increase the amount of timely and standardized data on agricultural investments in order to make those investments more effective: updating the industry standards to be more relevant and useful for agricultural investment decision making".
As one of the first steps in that project, Open Data Services Co-operative have been commissioned to carry out a Landscape Analysis - identifying different sources of data on funding for agriculture and nutrition activity around the world.
GODAN partners are invited to contribute to this analysis by completing a short survey. The survey will ask about current data collection and use practices relating to agricultural investment information. Survey respondents can also indicate their interest in getting involved in future stages of the project.
You can find the survey here.
