Companies that want to be recognized as Ag Data Transparent and compliant with ag.data’s Core principles submit voluntarily their data contracts with farmers to a simple 10 question evaluation. The answers plus the ATP’ s contracts and policies are submitted to and evaluated by an independent third party administrator(by the law firm of Janzen agricultural Law IIc).If an ATP’s submission is successful they can use the Ag Data Transparent seal.
